Welcome to Rawly. By creating an account or using our mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Rawly. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Rawly currently operates on an invite-only basis; a valid invite code is required to create an account.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date. Each person may maintain only one account. Sharing, selling, or transferring your account is not permitted.

3. Content Guidelines

Rawly is built around authenticity. When using the Service, you agree to the following:

• Authenticity: All photos must be captured using the in-app camera at the time of posting. Uploading pre-existing, edited, or AI-generated images is not allowed.
• Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Rawly a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.
• Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.
• Respect: Treat other users with respect. Bullying, harassment, hate speech, and targeted attacks are strictly prohibited.

4. Jeton Economy

Rawly features an in-app currency called Jeton. Jeton is earned through participation (posting, completing challenges, winning missions) and can be spent within the platform. Important rules:

• Jeton balances may be adjusted if earned through abuse or exploitation
• Rawly reserves the right to modify Jeton earning rates and costs at any time
• Manipulation of the Jeton system (bots, fake accounts, coordinated voting) will result in account termination

5. Challenges and Bounty Missions

Live challenges and bounty missions are optional features. By participating, you agree to:

• Submit only authentic, original photos taken during the challenge period
• Respect location requirements for bounty missions
• Accept community voting results as final
• Not engage in coordinated manipulation of challenge outcomes

6. Messaging

Direct messages are end-to-end encrypted. Rawly cannot access message content. However, you are still bound by these Terms in your private communications. Reports of harassment or abuse in messages will be investigated, and offending accounts may be suspended.

7. Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Service
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or device attestation
• Create multiple accounts or share accounts
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Distribute spam, phishing links, or malicious content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without written permission

8. Reporting and Enforcement

You can report content and users through the in-app reporting system. Rawly reviews reports and may take action including content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

The Rawly name, logo, design, and technology are the property of Rawly and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding, trademarks, or proprietary technology without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any content posted by users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rawly and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Rawly in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Rawly may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your content may be removed and your Jeton balance forfeited.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
